Terms of Service.
These Terms govern your use of darkcov.com. They do not constitute an offer of services, an engagement, or a contract of any kind. All engagements with DarkCov LLC are established under separate, signed agreements and are governed exclusively by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website. If you access this website on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
What this website is
This website is an informational surface describing DarkCov LLC, a research and development firm established and operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is not a catalogue. It is not a marketplace. It is not a solicitation. It is not directed at consumers, and nothing on this website should be read as an offer to sell or supply any capability to the general public.
Who we do not serve
DarkCov does not provide services to individuals acting in a personal capacity. We do not sell capability, exploits, tools, training, or data to the general public. We do not accept unsolicited research submissions. We do not solicit investment through this website. We do not engage with intermediaries whose principal cannot be identified and cleared.
How engagements are established
Any commercial, research, or operational engagement with DarkCov LLC is established only through direct contact with the firm's principals and is subject to:
- a written and signed Non Disclosure Agreement;
- a separate engagement agreement setting out scope, price, deliverables, term, and governing law;
- any further approval required by the competent authorities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Nothing on this website, and no communication initiated through this website, constitutes an offer capable of acceptance. No binding agreement arises until the instruments above are executed by both parties in writing.
